Where is God’s Grace in this global pandemic?
Where is God’s Grace in this global pandemic?

God is love. You can't speak or think about love without God. He invented love; love that can't be defined without sacrifice which involved his only Son. His love can't sometimes be seen, because of the troubles we face we fail to see it, especially in this pandemic: COVID-19. How can we prove God really love humanity in such a season? Can we fully depend on humans to find the antidote for the corona-virus? Is God really going to reveal His Grace for us in such a time?
We are all affected by COVID-19, some of you might be going through depression, hardships, addictions, disappointments, anxiety you name it yet: “I still love you” says God. We need to be tested in certain situations to see how faithful and loyal we truly are. Your faith won't grow if you haven't been in a situation where you felt there was no way out and then made it out and realized it was God all along. Faith can only grow through trails, God could also be using this situation to draw back Nations to Himself, and when all this has past your faith would have developed perseverance and we’ll be matured in Jesus Christ. (James 1:2-4)
The world is in sorrow, many are mourning the passing of their loved ones, nations are mourning the economic fall, different people are in sorrow because of something that they are going through, yet we know that “Godly sorrow leads to repentance.” So, let us together repent and seek the face of the Lord while He may be found. (2 Corinthians 7: 10-11)
Teach yourself to be in love with God, not what he can give you, not with the "Christian" label you’re going to get from people but just love Him for who he is...
Who is He though?
He is the father that knows all your flaws and mistakes but loves you anyway. He is the Father that waits for you to notice Him in your “busy” day. He is the father that we have given our second hand attention, love and loyalty to for years, but yet He loves us enough to take us as his own if we ask him to.Do not be an enemy to Christ death on the cross. People speak about how they have been betrayed, how they aren't appreciated, how they care so much for others and do so much for them but it's never noticed, they speak of how they'd never cheat on their boyfriends/girlfriends/husbands or wives and how they are in love with all their heart.
Ask yourself then, “how many times have I cheated God? How many times have I given God second hand attention? Praying for 2 seconds and feeling you’ve spoken enough or sometimes even falling asleep instantly because you’re exhausted from doing other "important things". How many times have you betrayed God? Worshiping something else other than Him. If you spend more time with something or someone, then you're committing idolatry. People have turned from the Lord their God to idols, they seek to satisfy their sinful nature, their fleshly desires, they seek more of human approval than that of God, they spend so much time on man made things and because of this, that thing has become your god.
How many times have you said thank you for life, for your health, for being on the road and not being in an accident, for your legs, for not being blind or not being sick?
Our troubles are supposed to bring us closer to God not take us further from Him, Paul describes the thorn he in his flesh as “a messenger from satan that torments him.” Today we’d say that we are all being affected (tormented) by the COVID-19, and churches have cried out to God for Mercy, they have pleaded with the Lord to take it away, yet God says “My Grace is Sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weaknesses.” (2 Corinthians: 8-10)
Therefore let us continuously delight in the Lord amidst this corona-virus, amidst the lockdowns; lets continue to trust the Lord Jesus Christ to show His power in such situations.
Let's get back to the Father as individual and as Nations.
